Terms and conditions
- All items are sent via Royal Mail via standard or special delivery.
- Postage options and charges are displayed at the checkout stage.
- We aim to send orders out by the next working day for in stock items.
- Made to order items take longer, we aim to complete hand crafted items within 10 days, however you will be notified by email of the expected delivery dates.
- We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
- Any item you wish to return must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
- You should notify us of your reason for returning goods before you send them and obtain proof of postage.
- Return postage costs are at the customers expense, unless the item is damaged or faulty when we will refund in full.
- You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after placing it, however if goods have already been sent then you must pay the return postage costs.
- We aim to provide accurate and detailed description of our products. Where possible photographs of items are taken outdoors in natural light, however colour resolutions vary from screen to screen. Please remember you are buying a carefully hand crafted item and slight variations are inevitable.
