Payment:

We accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal and Google Checkout. Please select your payment option at the checkout.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email sales@hippidippies.co.uk

with details of your request, including size and colour if appropriate. Do not use the "add to basket" buttons.

We will then contact you to confirm total payment required including postage & packaging.

Delivery:

Hippidippies aim dispatch in stock items within 2 working days. Hand made items may take 5-10 working days of cleared payment.

Email notification will be sent advising of the dispatch date.

We aim to keep postage & packaging charges as resonable as possible. We charge by banded weights as follows

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods we are happy to accept returns. Please contact us as soon as possible and return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage costs are none refundable and we recommend using recorded delivery. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the post.

None Receipt:

If you do not receive your goods within 10 days of postage confirmation, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Our Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
